The 2027 DoDEA Teacher of the Year nomination period is now OPEN!

The DoDEA Teacher of the Year (TOY) Program honors exceptional educators with more than three years of service who exemplify professionalism and excellence in teaching. Modeled after the National Teacher of the Year Program, this opportunity allows DoDEA educators to earn national recognition and represent DoDEA on the White House stage.

Parents or students may nominate a teacher who deserves recognition. 

Whether it is a teacher who helped a student overcome a challenge, sparked their curiosity, or supported achieving goals, we want to hear from you!
